Two Structures Within One Heating Patch Series
The moxibustion heat therapy patch series includes two different constructions: JCR-001 and JCR-002. Both use a self-heating patch format, but their middle structural layers are different, allowing buyers to select the version that better matches the intended product design.
JCR-001 uses a hot-melt adhesive core structure. Its material combination includes nonwoven fabric, pressure-sensitive adhesive, a heating pack, release paper, hot-melt adhesive, and herbal plant extracts. The patch is designed with a three-layer construction.
JCR-001 Hot-Melt Adhesive Configuration
The base fabric of JCR-001 measures 8 cm × 20 cm, while the heating pack measures 8 cm × 10 cm. The hot-melt adhesive core has a diameter of Φ4.5 cm. A magnet can also be selected as an optional configuration.
Heating duration is 6–8 hours, creating a clearly defined specification for buyers requiring a hot-melt adhesive core within their moxibustion patch range.
JCR-002 Cataplasm Configuration
JCR-002 uses a cataplasm structure rather than the hot-melt core configuration. Its construction includes nonwoven fabric, pressure-sensitive adhesive, hot-melt adhesive, a heating pack, release paper, and multiple herbal plant extracts.
This version also uses a three-layer structure. The base fabric is 8 cm × 20 cm, while both the heating pack and cataplasm layer are 8 cm × 10 cm. Heating duration remains 6–8 hours.
The two moxibustion heat therapy patch structures allow purchasing teams to distinguish products by internal construction while maintaining consistent base and heating-pack dimensions. Base fabric and heating-pack sizes can also be customized for different product specifications.
